Honorable Supreme Court of India Expunge the all Orders against CSE Mohali Passed by Punjab & Haryana High Court.



Honorable Punjab & Haryana High Court has Passed the interim orders to State of Punjab & Haryana in the Case of Ravish Kumar VS State of Punjab & others, Nancy Gupta VS state of Punjab & Others and also in Main case CIVIL WRITE PETITION No.15947 of 2010 and CIVIL WRITE PETITION No. 3651 of 2009 and directed that all educational and professional institutes located in state of Punjab & Haryana do not admit the students who have completed their 10+2 from Council of Secondary Education of Mohali.

For the relief, the Council of Secondary Education Mohali has filed the SLP No. 19939 of 2013 in Honorable Supreme Court of India. And Honorable Supreme Court of India has Expunge all those Remarks/Orders passed by Punjab & Haryana High Court in 2011.
